INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION

IMPORTANT: Please read the instructions and information before you complete the form.

 

Exhibitors: The booth contact from each exhibiting company will receive an e-mail containing the Company I.D. and Password that is required to access the exhibitor registration website. The booth contact will be responsible for registering all booth personnel for their show badges. Each individual exhibitor that is registered will receive an e-mail confirmation, given the correct e-mail address was provided. Please read the confirmation carefully. The booth contact is responsible for making any necessary changes or updates to the exhibitor booth personnel registrations.

 

Website Writers, Editors and Bloggers: To be eligible for AMI Expo media credentials, blogs and websites must contain original, dated, industry-related news content above and beyond links, forums, troubleshooting tips and reader contributions, and must be updated at least weekly. All websites and blogs must have been in operation for at least six (6) months and receive at least 20,000 unique site visitors per month. All applicants must submit traffic data from a third party (Sitemeter, Technorati, Feedburner, iTunes or an equivalent) in order to be considered. In accepting the AMI Expo press credentials, website editors and bloggers agree to provide to AMI – within 30 days of publication – a web link of at least one article published before January 1, 2013, containing information the writer gathered at this conference. Failure to do so will result in denial of media credentials for AMI's 2013 Expo.

 

Media/Editorial Press: Editorial Press who wish to request a complimentary registration must mail or fax a completed registration form along with a photocopy of their valid press credentials. Complimentary registration is only available to editorial press. Those with publishing and sales titles must go through the regular attendee registration process. Onsite, editorial press should be prepared to present press credentials, a business card and/or a copy of the publication featuring your name on the masthead. Press registration forms should be faxed to (708) 344-4444 or mailed to the address listed on the form.

 

Students: Students must provide a copy of their valid student I.D. to qualify for a complimentary registration. Students may complete their registration online but will be required to fax, mail or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Alternatively registration forms should be faxed to (708) 344-4444 or mailed to the address listed on the form.

 

POLICIES

 

REGISTRATION AND TICKET INFORMATION: All registrations are subject to review and registration fee approval. The AMI Expo reserves the right to adjust badge type and fee categorization and make necessary financial adjustments. Tickets to all events are available for purchase on-site. Spouses/companions who attend the AMI Expo and/or its social events must register for the Expo.

 

All registrations will be confirmed within 72 hours if an e-mail address or fax number is provided. Read the acknowledgment carefully. If corrections or changes are needed please use your personal URL that will be contained within your confirmation letter, or, note them on the confirmation and return by fax (708-344-4444) or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it no later than March 30, 2012.

Pre-registration closes on March 30, 2012. Badges will not be mailed. You may pick-up your badge onsite at the Dallas Convention Center. Your registration confirmation will include a barcode which you will scan on-site at a Express Registration Station in order to print your badge. Should you forget to bring the barcode with you, your badge can be obtained at the Pre-Registration Counters. There will be a $250 fee to reprint lost badges on-site. Please Note: NO BADGES WILL BE MAILED.

 

Infants or children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the exhibit hall or education sessions.

PAYMENT

Payment in U.S. funds may be made using American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Registrations received after 11:59 p.m. CST on March 30, 2012, will be charged the on-site rate. Payment MUST be received with your registration form; NO forms will be processed without payment.

CANCELLATIONS

To receive a refund for payment of registration/social event tickets, notification must be received in writing no later than March 30, 2012. All requests for refunds must be received in writing by March 30, 2012. A US $25 processing fee will be assessed for processing refunds. All registrations received after March 30, 2012 are NON-REFUNDABLE. Substitutions will be allowed.
